The Challenge

Many small to medium-sized businesses utilized Apple’s Joint Venture program, which filled the technical and training support gap for those with no IT department. Companies who converted to Apple devices to run their business needed to get their staff up and running as quickly as possible.

The Solution

After attending Apple's specialized training delivery classes in California and Indiana, I designed and delivered in-person group training sessions tailored to the unique learning needs of each company.
