The Challenge

The Wallcovering Installers Association was facing dwindling membership due to retirement from the trade, and high demand for online training from new and potential members.

The Solution

I created a 10-course beginner’s certification series to attract new residential wallcovering installers to the trade. I also helped launch Wallcovering University, a learning hub for current and future association members to share knowledge and get trained.

All Wallcovering University courses are completely customized, including a branded slide deck built by a graphic designer. These demos are from 6 of the 8 Residential Installer Series e-learning courses.
