The Challenge

NAPSA wanted to ensure that employee training was consistent and effective across all NAPSA-affiliated sweeping companies, and needed help developing online content for their new street sweeper operator onboarding training.

The Solution

I crafted storyboards, established learning objectives, and co-wrote content from SME interviews, resulting in a 15-module course for new sweeper operators. I included numerous stories and scenarios in the content, and provided a wallet-sized job aid for operators to keep in their pocket.
